Create your own motif stitches quickly and easily in Embird Studio! In this video, we go over how to create your own motif stitches- from beginning to end. We start of doing a very simple motif design using the standard background map, then we move on to a simple star, and then we get more complicated with the letter A and a cute flower motif stitch. With the letter A motif design, we take it a bit further and digitize a big letter A to put all the motif A’s in! Everyone thinks this technique is super complicated but it is simple, as long as you take it step by step – I will show you mistakes and how to fix them, and how to avoid messy mistakes in the first place. I also go through how you can add rows of motif stitches and column of motifs and mix and match them to come up with a one of a kind design!

Motif stitches can have many uses and are great for adding interest and WOW factor to your designs. I throw out some great gift ideas that you can quickly and easily make with that personal touch using motif stitches. Don’t miss this class!
