Hi Sue–On Sept 13, I purchased Embird basic and 3 modules. I have watched several of your videos and am impressed; you do a very clear, easy to understand video. I will be following you for awhile. I think I have a problem changing from the demo to the real deal. I hope you can help me…I have spent 4-6 hours daily trying to register, but I never get the “activate” box, but my passwords are OK. The top says “registered to me” but there is nothing blue about it, and the alphabets to purchase are there again. I can’t do anything more than I could on the demo. I am extremely frustrated and think I must be missing some little thing, although I have read everything I can find. I was finally able to replace my Janome digitizing software which I’ve had since 2001 and am anxious to get going. As you demonstrate what Embird can do, I am excited.to get started—with you by my side. I feel fortunate to have found you at the beginning of my journey. I apologize for bugging you but I am lost. If you can think of something I would be very grateful. Thanks for your time, Sue.
