I had so much fun creating these Halloween Designs.  This design has lots of applique pieces and is perfect for using up Halloween scrap fabrics or solid colors!

SUPPLIES:5×7 hoop

Batting, coffin fabric for front and back

bobbin with matching thread for the last step.

This ITH in the hoop design is finished completely in the hoop!

batting, fabric for front and back to fit the hoop

start with the placement line.  put down the batting and fabric and stitch both down.  you can trim after the tackdown or wait until the end.  Once the detail work is done stitching, then you can add the backing fabric face down under the hoop.  Once the tackdown has finished stitching, remove the hoop from the machine and trim the front and back close to the line.  Change your bobbin thread to match the top thread that you are going to use and stitch the final satin stitches and decorative stitches.
