Description

Here is a fun project that is finished completely in the hoop!  One of my favorite quilt blocks – Dresden!   The quilting parts are hand-drawn and one of a kind!

For the example block, I used bright colors to make the quilt block stand out!  I happen to have one very bright jelly roll, so I created the size to make it easy to use jelly rolls for this project – it only takes a smallish piece, so you can possibly use your scraps for this.

You can also stitch 4 of these and put them together as a centerpiece or a set for Mug Rugs.  You could also stitch the 4 together with matching thread and a zig-zag stitch!  I think that would look amazing!

I’m new to embroidery and very new to quilting in the hoop. I followed the instructions ok. I watched so many of your videos that it made it easier for me to follow. I only made one so far but it stitched out good except I think I should not have stitched the last part out because I want to sew 4 together to make one block.
