We have created a challenging, fancy christmas tree mug rug, so I thought this one should be cute instead of fancy!

We will also be announcing the winners of the Anita Goodesign Full Collection give away, and of course, give away some more goodies!!

The embroidered mug rug design will fit into a 5×7 hoop, and is perfect for using up scraps for the tree and background!

SUPPLY LIST (all fabric sizes are approximate)
5×7 hoop
batting to fit into the hoop
4×7 – middle background
2×7 for the flipped fabric on each side (x2)
8×7 fabric, folded in half for the back of the mug rug (x2)
Scraps of fabric for the tree:
Bottom applique: 5×3
middle 4×3
top 3×3

Let’s put it all together and make a fantastic mug rug!!
