  1. Maybe you can help me ! I have an Ellure plus used probably 8 times. I went to use it tonight and the design can out the bobbin color not the thread color. I didn’t touch any of the tensions because I’m not Familiar with this machine

    1. the first thing you should do before you start adjusting the tension is re-thread your machine – take the thread completely out and re-do it! sometimes if you miss one part or the thread is not tucked in properly, you will have tension issues. If that doesn’t work, use another bobbin and try that. Good luck!
